advance, if need it.

Patch tests for lash and brow tint and individual eyelash extensions are necessary (disclaimers are not

for doctors notes to make sure you receive the best possible treatment and it's for your own safety and well being.

During the consultation, if the therapist is not comfortable to carry on with the treatment might offer alternative
to your asking one or might refuse to perform treatment, which believe is not appropriate or safe for you or her.

Beauty products opened and not sealed are non refundable.

Pre-paid packages - must be for exactly the same, 6 times treatment within 6 months to get one free treatment after. Please present
your pre-paid loyalty card every time to get it dated and stamped to avoid disappointment.

You can not mix and match treatments with your pre-paid loyalty card. It is valid only for 6 exactly the same treatments and has to be used within 6
months, from the same person.

Minimum payment for Gift Voucher £30 and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and has to be used towards treatments - not towards money
exchange.

Discounts and promotions must be vary at the time and must be checked on a regular basis to make sure you benefit and safe the most.

Pregnancy massages can be performed only on clients passed first trimester (over 12 weeks).

The booking fee is non refundable, if not used within 30 days of the payment made.

Booking or Cancellation fee applied with notice less than 24 hrs is applied or no show. The amount is the full price of the booked
